A lovely summer villa just 200 meters from the seafront in a residential area. The large veranda overlooking the garden and its magnificent Magnolia tree is the perfect place to dine al fresco. Villino Cecilia has a large private parking area that can hold up to three cars. 

The house is well set out all on one level so very practical for families with children. A large living room with a dining table looks out onto the patio through french windows. A large vestibule then leads you on to three very generous bedrooms; one double bedroom and two twin rooms. There is also a shower room and a bathroom with a washing machine.

The modern kitchen is streamlined and has a dishwasher as well as a breakfast table.

In the garden, there is a storeroom for eventual bicycles. 

A great base where a car is not necessary as all services and entertainments are just a brief walk away, the historical centre of Pietrasanta can be reached easily by bus service.
