Ideal for larger groups as everyone is guaranteed their own space in the villa which composed of three floors. In fact the two floors of sleeping quarters each offer a double and twin bedroom with great en suite bathrooms.

The villa is situated near to a bus stop for visits to the Pietrasanta historical city and 100 meters from a tennis court and a cycle path which leads to the beaches and pinewoods in 5 minutes.
Villa Anna was recently renovated and furnished in a modern and welcoming way to offer quality relaxation at all times of your holiday.
The outdoor areas include two lawns, off the kitchen a covered veranda with an electric sun canopy and BBQ for dining al fresco, parking inside the remote control gates for two cars.

Ground Floor:  Dining area with a modern and well equipped kitchen, lounge with large sofa and plasma T.V. A side door off kitchen gives access to the veranda. Off the lounge access to the front porch with Summer lounge furniture.
First Floor: Twin bedroom with large en suite shower room. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub. Additional service room for daytime use with W.C. sink and washer.
Second Floor: Twin bedroom with large en suite shower room. A double bedroom with large en suite bathroom with double shower cubicle and separate bath. This room also has a desk and armchair from which to admire the panorama
