Great three-bedroom apartment, practical and comfortable, right in the heart of the historic centre of Pietrasanta.

Spacious and bright rooms where the owners have given attention to the tiny details that have made the difference, especially on longer-term rental periods. If you are visiting the area for a beach holiday, the sands are just 20 minutes away on the bicycle track that starts from the centre of town. In the evening, you have the embarrassment of choice of places to dine as well as bars and caffès in the lovely square at the top of the road, from which to admire the old walls of the city lit up in the evenings, a lovely ambience!

A first-floor apartment. A large vestibule entrance, off which is the private courtyard for storing bikes or a pram you will also find a laundry room.

The front door opens directly into the large open-plan living area. A dining table that doubles up to eight guests. The living area has a sofa and flat-screen T.V.

There is a twin bedroom off the living area, which overlooks an internal courtyard. To the right of the entrance door is a vestibule, and to the right is a modern, bright shower room with an extra-large shower cabinet. To the left of the vestibule is the cosy and spacious master bedroom, which is on the pedestrian side of the apartment. At the bottom of the vestibule is the compact kitchen area with a full wall run of cupboards. Off the kitchen is a handy balcony with a small table and chairs for breakfast.
At the bottom of the living area to the left is a twin room which again looks onto the Via Stagi Stagi, a buzzing road with lots of restaurants and shops.

Amenities include plasma TV, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning in bedrooms and in the living room, wi-fi, and 2 complimentary bicycles available for guests of the apartment.
