On the upper terrace level the entrance brings us to the main sitting room through which one has access to the well equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom and off a corridor two of the four bedrooms and a full bathroom. The covered veranda offers guests both lounge furniture and a dining area enjoy the lovely views directly down over the valley to the coast as well as the lawn garden area to the right so children can be watched whilst relaxing.

The lower ground area has lots of windows and a French door and offers a generous size secondary lounge area with a plasma TV and another dining area, off which the second two bedrooms are found together with a shower room. One walks out through the lounge area onto a covered patio area which overlooks the olive grove and lots of Mediterranean plants.

This is a lovely home in which to immerse yourself and family in Tuscan scenery surrounded by those creature comforts that count in a home. All of this is within easy acess to entertainment for kiddies and adults as there are sandy beaches just a short car ride away and the town of Pietrasanta nearby for dining, shopping or just a cappuccino in the lovely square while you people watch ! Florence, Pisa and Lucca are all possible to visit in a day from here and Pisa airport is just 37 kms away.
