Villa Elena, is built entirely in natural stone and fits perfectly into the lovely natural setting surrounding this property.  A  recent and careful restoration has brought forward a homely but elegant ambience. A balanced combination of ancient materials with the most modern comfort.The external areas are a beautiful combination of a pleasant views and relaxed environments. The pool with its magnificent back drop frames this picture postcard.

Nothing has been spared for the furnishings of the internal areas of the villa. The ground floor has a generous living area con double living room with sofas and a plasma T.V. with satellite channels. The elegant dining area look on to the beautifully finished kitchen, the Tuscan hand painted tiles and Arga style cooker together with the king size fridge make for lovely meal times with every form of equipment on hand to cook the local produce that tastes so good.

On the ground floor for your convenience there is also a generous mosaic showerroom and a double bedroom with en suite shower room.

First floor has a master bedroom under the beautiful eaves with wonderful views and an en suite full bathroom. The second bedroom is a twin with a door onto the terrace style solarium, this bedroom also has an en suite shower room.

The external areas are numerous and all overlooking different views; two verandas; one fully fitted with dining facilities and a brick wood oven. As well as the solarium part around the pool we have a stone table and grill b-b-q- to dine al fresco overlooking the pool area, behind which on the hillside you will find every form of fruit tree.. delicious!

The solarium off the first floor is perfect for members that wise to read or overlook the pool area and the valley below.

The place is perfect to either relax in the nature or enjoy the lively beach life of the close coastline resorts.  It is also an ideal starting point to discover the several culture, history and art  towns and hamlets of Tuscany.
The pretty market town of Camaiore just 1.5 kms away offers everything from restaurants to shops and a local swimming pool. Minimarket 550mt, Lucca, Florence and Forte dei Marmi all on hand.

Villa Elena has Internet connection in the living room and bedrooms and Wi fi connection in the veranda and pool area.
