Weekly Rentals Marina di Pietrasanta Villa with swimming pool. A perfect location, just five minutes on foot to sandy beaches or the pinewoods, and 200 mts. from tennis courts, this villa is guaranteed to keep everybody happy. The poolside area has a remote-controlled canopy and can be used for sunbathing or al fresco dining.

The ground floor of the villa, air conditioned throughout, is composed of an open-plan living/dining room with a full length French window opening onto a veranda with an electric sun canopy for al fresco at all times of the day. On the same floor here is a shower room and single bedroom. The well equipped kitchen very practical as this leads straight out to onto the pool area.
The first floor, air conditioning throughout, has 2 double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room and each with its own balcony (one with mountain views), a single bedroom with an additional proper pull out bed below, so can become a double or a twin bedroom. Same floor a full bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle.

At the bottom of the road, a cycle path links the Marina to the historical town of Pietrasanta, the 'little Athens', which has a beautiful square, a great range of authentic restaurants and characteristic bars, as well as excellent shopping. You can also get to Pietrasanta by bus, from the bus stop 2 minutes walk from the villa. One can reach Lucca, Pisa, Florence by taking a bus along the sea road. A good day our are also the carnival town of Viareggio with its great promenade or VIP haunt Forte dei Marmi both under half an hour’s bus ride. The same sea road if your destination is discos and bars, and there are many restaurants within walking distance.
