Originally a colonial home this complex nestled in the foothills of Massa offers wonderful views of the five lands and Portovenere and the Malaspina castle in the foreground.

A colonial house recently restructured now offering 9 apartments of different sizes, all with gracious atmospheres in which to enjoy a stay on the Tuscan coast.
Great care has been taken to respect the original character of the building, with pleasing fixtures and fittings, but also to offer all creature comforts of good quality bathrooms and extras like internet connections in the individual apartments.

Each apartment has an individual entrance and it is possible to host from 2 to 7 guests in the various compositions, every apartment has at least one window view of the beautiful coastline and castle.
The owners are both attentive and organized so the complex works well with a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, in high season you are invited to the pizza night in which homemade pizzas are cooked on a traditional wood fire for the guests by the owner himself!

There is a wonderful communal panoramic terrace with tables and umbrellas for you to make the most of the great views and fresh air.
The pool area with its sun beds is at your disposal and each apartment has a private parking space.
The beaches are just 6 kilometers away, the historical centre of Massa for entertainments and shopping is just a 3 km drive. Lucca and Pisa are both possible half day trips and Florence is just over an hour away.

Interesting to note that San Carlo has a natural Thermal Spa centre, famous for its water and also offering rehabilitation and physiotherapy treatments, this is walking distance from the complex. In the village it is also possible to do grocery shopping, just 400 meters away.
A great base for your next trip to Tuscany, be it sightseeing, a beach holiday, shopping with the VIPs in Versilia or away from it , this location is ideal for everyone!
