The large living areas include a beautiful lounge area with full length window run which allows you to fully enjoy the woodland and pool view across the veranda. Still in the living area there is a slighly raised cosy annex with fireplace .The room continues around in an L shape to a dining area that overlooks the full spread front veranda and Summer lounge with a sofa, armchairs and umbrella.This area is also serviced with an additional table for dining al fresco whilst overlooking the pool.The kitchen and dining facilities are well arranged with a table that accomodates up to 12 guests lies directly in front of the hand decorated ceramic clad kitchen, in which you will find all mod cons together with a BBQ grill within the kitchen itself. From the later kitchen area is a covered patio with full BBQ and pizza oven,yet another pleasant corner in which to enjoy meals with your group or guests.On this floor there is a convenient service bathroom for daytime use.

On the first floor we have four bedrooms; a bedroom with a French size (140cms wide) bed and three full double bedrooms all carefully finished off with coordinated textiles to give each room a personal feel. On this floor there is a shower room and a bathroom with tub.

A staircase in the lounge leads to a lower ground level where we have a full sized ultra modern apartment studio newly refurbished this year, where a careful play on light and colours has brought forward a cosy lounge area with sofas and vast library, then a professional pool table next to which there is a fully fitted gym area and modern shower room.This area offers both recreation and a secondary living area for larger groups.

The caretaker is on hand at the property,in his own separate quarters with an external entrance, to assist you in needs be during your stay in the most reserved and discreet manner.

What is most unusual about this property is the easy access, no torturous bendy roads with which to battle, Relais Charme is literally two minutes drive from a proper tarmacked town road. Just 7 kilometers away from the golden sand of the Versilian beaches, 5 minutes by car to reach Pietrasanta, 10 minutes drive from Forte dei Marmi or Viareggio. Lucca and Pisa are visitable in just half and day and Florence in a day trip due to the convenient link up of the A12 Motorway.
