From the living area a staircase leads to the studio loft area of the house complete with computer and desk, piano, games table and a sauna complete with radio and cromotherapy option.

Further down this floor you will find a large double bedroom that can easy host a baby cot or baby bed. Next to the bedroom is a comfortable and large modern bathroom with high quality fixtures and fittings.

The pool is 1.30 meters deep that gradually becomes 1.50 meters, therefore is adapt for guests with younger children.

Villa Dolce Collina is just a few kilometres from the centre of Camaiore and Pietrasanta, just a few hundred meters away is the town centre of Pian di Mommio where you will find various shops and other services including a bar, supermarket, restaurant and chemist shop. The golden sandy beaches of Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio are 4 kilometres away, tourist spots such as Lucca or Pisa are 20 minutes drive away and Florence is possible to visit in a day trip.
