The country villa has been recently renovated with dedication and taste, transforming it into an oasis of tranquility and comfort. Located in a picturesque village on the hills just outside Camaiore, in Tuscany, Casa Joseph offers a perfect retreat with the pristine beaches of Versilia within easy reach.

On the ground floor, the spacious living room with a fireplace offers stunning views of the garden, while the adjacent veranda is perfect for outdoor dining, equipped with a plasma TV. A library, which also serves as a TV room, offers a wide selection of movies and DVDs, complemented by a large flat-screen TV with Dolby surround sound. The well-equipped Tuscan kitchen opens onto the veranda, providing a cozy spot for alfresco dining with a fantastic BBQ available.

Upstairs, three air-conditioned bedrooms ensure a peaceful and comfortable rest. The master bedroom boasts a large walk-in wardrobe and a private bathroom with a shower, while the VIP room can easily accommodate a third bed. Completing the layout is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and shower. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets to ensure peaceful and undisturbed nights.

Outside, a generously sized pool with a saltwater filtration system and a hot tub offers refreshment during the hot summer days. The surrounding solarium is the perfect spot for sunbathing and relaxation. The 2500 sqm garden, equipped with an irrigation system, is a green oasis of tranquility.

Access to the property is via electronic gates, while in the garden you will find two BBQs and a ping pong table for outdoor entertainment. Upon prior request, the pool can be heated (at an additional cost of £50 per day).
