This enchanted Tuscan farmhouse with a private pool and wonderful views has been beautifully converted  to offer an oasis in the heart of Tuscany. A generous sized building with four different living areas that offer luxurious but practical and comfortable surroundings for every  mood and time of the day during your stay in Tuscany.

The ground floor : From the parking area we enter into the generous and wonderful Tuscan style kitchen equipped for even the most demanding of chefs, double fridge, Arga cooker, here the French windows lead onto a lovely patio for dining al fresco with a striking BBQ , to the left of the kitchen is a lovely dining area with lots of ambience , opposite the kitchen we have a vestibule leading to two living areas, to the left the library and TV room with SAT  TV,the  film collection and Dolby surround system, the lovely artisan wood features here are a frame for wonderful outlook of the hilltops and the pool area. We then have a guest bathroom before we reach the cosy living room with fireplace again with plasma screen TV  and international SKY tv programs , the French windows this time looks towards the dining al fresco  and garden area, with the hillside back drop.

A few steps down from the dining room is the study/relax  area with comfy sofas, this area is equipped with a computer with high speed DSL  and a printer, off this area is a laundry room with a professional washer a dryer, a column freezer and an ice maker.

On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms each with individually controlled air conditioning ; the master bedroom with a King size bed next to which you will find a walk through wardrobe room leading to a large en suite bathroom with tub and extra large shower. The guest room Queen size bed and more very envious views, can accommodate an extra single bed if necessary, and lastly we find a twin bedroom and a bathroom with tub and shower in this area also. A futon sofa bed can offer additional bed for a guest. There are mosquito nets on the windows.Again the views from each room are of uncontaminated greenery and the beautifully nurtured garden offering a vast assortment of wonderful plants.

The outdoor areas of the house are no less elegant and nurtured. The 13mt. x 7 mt. pool is completely fenced off. It runs on a saline water filter system, has a whirlpool area and rigid cover, it is fenced off, has a shower and upon request can be heated. A patio area runs around three quarters of the house so there is an endless choice of views to choose from with the outdoor lounge furniture supplied.

The parking area has electronic gates and accommodate easily four cars.

For entertainment the town of Camaiore is just a few minutes by car where you will find a variety of places to dine, bars and general shops. For creature watching the VIP haunt of Forte dei Marmi is a brief drive away, as are the golden sands of the famous beaches of the Versilian Riviera. The essential tourist attractions of Florence, Lucca, Cinque Terre and Pisa can all be visited on day trips.

What more can we say, a haven from which it is difficult to draw oneself away !

Pisa international airport lies just 37 kilometers away so a great choice logistics wise for a memorable Tuscan  stay in fabulous surroundings
